A ceramic coating lays a glass-hard protective layer over the clear coat. It bonds chemically with the surface and stays there long after wax would have washed off: up to five years.
For an Audi R8, a Mercedes-AMG or a Ford Mustang with over 500 hp, the paint is part of the value. That’s exactly what we protect against UV radiation, bird droppings, tar, insects and the fine wash scratches that dull every dark paint over the years.
What the coating does
- Hydrophobic effect. Water pulls together into beads and rolls dirt off with it. The next wash takes half as long.
- Depth of gloss. The paint looks wetter, deeper, mirror-smooth, especially on black, grey and metallic tones.
- Chemical resistance. Protection against road salt, acidic rain residue and aggressive road grime.
Honestly prepared
A coating is only as good as the surface underneath. That’s why it always starts with a thorough paint detailing: washed, decontaminated with a clay bar, polished. Only on corrected paint does the ceramic layer bring out its full gloss. Otherwise we’d just seal the scratches in.
